el envio numero RC013165343CN no ha llegado ha destino,ya 2 meses desde el dia del envio,correos españa dice que el paquete no ha llegado ha españa,donde esta?

the parcel should be lost if you have not got it for so long time. you can open a dispute and claim refund if the buyer protection deadline has not expired.

If somebody can help ... 20 days without updates and almost a month since it arrive to china post ...

Si alguien puede ayudar...20 dias sin nueva informacion y casi un mes desde que esta en manos de china post...

1. Su paquete está bien, puede tardar de 11 días a 36 días para una parcela para llegar a Colombia.
