Your parcel seems to be lost. you should open a dispute to paypal and claim refund from seller.

i did not use pay pal i used my credit card and seller says its still in transit but obviously not if its not moved since 23/3/14

file a charge back to your credit card company.

RA601725909CN was "departure from outward office of exchange" on April 21, 2014. The USPS says "Office of origin is preparing shipment". I was told to be patient but it is now June 2, 2014 can I get any definite information on my package?

Hello mi parcel has the tracking no: RC151923069CN and it is in the status: Departure from outward office of exchange since 05.21.
As i read on http://track-chinapost.com/?p=443 it shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to move into "export customs security scan".
My purchase protection will end in 14 days. Can somebody please help me??

the parcel seems to be stuck in customs. if your buyer protection deadline has not expired, open a dispute.

wait one more week and see what happens. if still same, then open dispute before protection deadline.
