I got an information, that a delivery attempt was made for my packet LZ419421947CN
But I did not find any information which local parcel service is used.
Could you please check the current state and which parcel service in Germany is used.

LZ419421947CN is in the hand of Germany Post(DHL packet). You can contact your local post office for delivery detail.

Hello. I ordered a smartclock and it was supposed to be delivered today but when I saw the information I saw it was already delivered althought I don't have it. Where is my order? The order number is LZ394584006CN and I would like to know who has my tom tom clock and why I don't have it so I was who buy and pay it. Please contact me as soon as posible. I want my clock. Correos Spain website shows the parcel status as "Delivered, The shipment has been delivered to the recipient or authorised proxy".

If you did not get it, you need contact your local post office to inquiry who signed the parcel.
