Hi there,

I've sent some items to a company in Shanghai for use at an upcoming trade show, however, it seems goods are still displaying that they are held at customs.

Is there a way to make contact with customs to check status and potentially pay any taxes/duties if owed?

Help would be much appreciated.

the parcels are in the hand of EMS shanghai. you should ask receiver call EMS hot line 11183 and try to figure out the customs clearance problem.
