Post Confused with tracking getting Success 0 items found

When I go to tracking site it says: Success 0 items found! and that is all I get

my tracking number is: RR492021858CN

What am I doing wrong? How to find out if package is on it's way.

RR492021858CN has not been received by China Post. It might be a fake number.
