after parcel left china post customs controlled warehouse, there will be 7 to 20 days without any update. This is because parcel is transferring through many oversea airports and doing import customs processing.

Once UK customs releases the parcel to Royal Mail, you will see new status. So just wait some more days, no need worry.

That can't be right, every other time I ordered via epacket 4 days after leaving China it tracks again having arrived in the UK. Has it even left China? I'm not convinced. It doesn't go through any other customs after leaving China until its in the UK

How can there be no updates after a whole week, it's epacket. These nvere take longer than a week to get to the UK after ordering
