Thank you,but How can seller provide a refund for lost package? If it is lost by no fault of their own they can't get it back either. They won't refund money on an item lost by China post. China post is obligated to cover the cost. Neither the fault of seller or purchaser. Unless by some miracle it was insured. All I know now is that Some one at Customs has a nice new pair of shoes. Sorry, just very disappointed and have a little boy who didn't get his birthday present.

No. Usps doesnt assign any new tracking no to any inbound parcels. Well u paid for the cheapest form of delivery with very limited tracking only in china and none overseas so u are getting exactly what u paid for! Now u wont know wheres your parcel, wont know if it arrived in usa or even know if it ever left china at all!
