Post Why did my package GO BACK TO PVG AGAIN??

Bought item on Taobao, paid almost 30 dollars for JCEX USPS shipping. Over a week now and it's still not in the USA and i have purchased many parcels on taobao and they always hit customs in 3-4 days. Why the heck did my package go to PVG to HONG KONG then back to PVG? It's supposed to go to ICN.

PLEASE HELP

it is literally right on top of my post. i already tracked it. I would like an explanation as to why it is going back and forth, and if it will do this again? i really hope not

Okay well tonight it just changed the PVG to NYC so it must have been some kind of error. Either way I learned that the tracking is generally behind most likely due to time differences between the US and China.
