The Tracking Number of our parcel is CY506873115DE. On 2018/10/2 the parcel arrived in Nanjing. The delivery attempt on 2018/10/3 and on 2018/10/8 was not successfully. Were is our parcel now? Can it be picked up in a post office in Nanjing by the recipient? Thank you very much for your help and answer.

your parcel is in china post office in 江宁区百家湖 . you should go to there to pickup the parcel asap. You can also call china post hotline 11185 to inquiry parcel detail.

Thank you very much for your answer. Please, don´t send the parcel back to Germany. My douther in China will pick up it soon as possible, but she is studying in Shanghhai during the week. How many days does she have time to pick up the parcel?

Please ask your seller to pickup the parcel asap. You can not know how long it will be returned. But normally the free storage time is very short.
