my client's complaining about the unsuccessful deliveries.(after the parcel was actually released by the china customs.)
the parcel number is CD326282514DE
it had been released by the customs 3 days
for how long will they actually deliver this parcel to the address instead of posting the unsuccessful delivery message? (everyday my customer stays in the address )

could someone check that out for me pls?

your parcel should have delivery problem. Ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel asap.

right,i have thought about that,
but thing is when my client phoned them yesterday,they were like:oh your parcel is still in the china customs which was untrue.

so my question is what can my client say to make them believe this parcel is having a delivery problem and needs a pickup asap?
