http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows "Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )" , this means the parcel was returned from oversea. Not sure the returning reason, but you definitely can NOT get the parcel anymore.

If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you should open dispute to get refund asap.
