I sent this parcel to China, the tracking says it has gone through customs, went out for delivery, now back in local office. Please help the buyer to obtain this package. Where is the parcel and what must she do to retrieve it.

RY085631331GB right now is in China Post office in 城关区寄递事业部雁北营业部, ask receiver go to this post office or call 13919211841 to pickup this parcel.
