RO631387161CN since the 10th march my tracking status has not changed , it looks like they opened the parcel , it then passed security and now states in transit , BUT SINCE 10TH MARCH .. can anyone help please
Latest Event -- 2017-03-10 23:17 Taiyuan transit bureau, have been exported mutual seal (domestic transit)
Destination Country - Cache Time: 2017-04-16 08:46

you need post tracking number otherwise none can help you.

RO631387161CN stuck in original post office in Taiyuan. It should some problem. You need ask seller to contact his local post office and reship the goods. If seller can not get the problem solved, you need open dispute and claim refund.

would it be easy for the seller to contact the post office , and if there was a problem wouldnt the post office contact the seller anyway ??

LX295220512CN was shipped on Mar 23, it is real number.

seller is just saying that he has sent item , it is stuck somewhere , and i dont know what to do , it was an expensive item , i am angry that nobody can sort this issue out , someone must know exactly where my parcel is
