my package still has not arrived despite 52 days have passed, the code is: LX024279871CN! when I contact the seller he answers me because of the snow there are delays, is it possible?

I'm not sure if it's because of the snow, but many parcels sent from China to Italy in November and December are seriously delayed, much slower than normal. So it's not only your parcel that's taking a long time, many people in the Italy forum are having the same problem right now. :(
