Why did my package get stuck in Yangzhou since September, 20? This is tracking number my package : RV163844071CN
please update the information for my package.

RV163844071CN was returned to Yangzhou on Sep 20. Not sure the return reason. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not see new update by Oct 18, open dispute to seller for refund.
