I ordered a mask from an Australian website and and I have been tracking it daily. Every time I check it says the same thing. This is my tracking number LW617021505CN. It says it will take (2-9 days) Its been way more than that. What is going on? Either I receive my package or want a refund.

Are you in USA or Australia?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW617021505CN shows the parcel was shipped from China to USA on Sep 5. Normally such ePacket will take 10 to 20 days to reach USA receiver.

If you are in Australia, please open dispute against fraud.
