This is ridiculous, 4 weeks and no costume for Halloween yet? Teaching number is LY767784366CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left China post Suzhou office on Oct 10.It should be seriously delayed either in Suzhou export airport warehouse or in JFK airport customs. You can not know exact situation until parcel passes US customs in JFK airport.

I suggest you wait 2 more weeks. If the status does not change after Nov 6th, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.

Average transit time from China to the USA for this type of package seems to be around two weeks. There is a good chance that it will show up before halloween. Still, if it doesn't, and your seller promised it to you by the 31st, definitely take that up with them.

Ok thank you so much but another question, I ordered it from fancyhalloween.com and there is no number to call and I'm emailing them and they are not responding, what do I do?

Normally you can not do anything if you purchased from such small website which has no phone number and customer service.
