Post Where is my package?

Hello,

The tracking number of my package is UM890880143CN, it is not being updated since 14/09... Today is 10/10.

Ebay told me that the tracking number is not valid and gave me a full refund, so I was confused and curious about what happened with this package then? Is this tracking number false?

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Yes, I had open a dispute on ebay saying that I didn't receive the package and that I wanted a full refund.

15 minutes later I received this message by ebay:
"Hi Rute,

Unfortunately, we didn't receive valid tracking information from the seller. We're sorry you had a problem with your purchase.

We've issued a refund of GBP 15.99 back to the original funding source you used to purchase this item. The refund includes the purchase price plus original shipping. Please allow 48 hours for it to process."

But now I don't know if I just wait or buy another item, since I need it badly, that's why I wanted to know if the item was really coming or not.

The package is supposed to be big, this ordinary parcel includes the dispatch of big packages too? or just small things?
