last time i contacted you guys, you said it would take 2-6weeks to transport.
however its been more than 6 weeks and it hasnt even departed. whats going on guys?

if over 6 weeks you have not got the parcel, it has more than 80% chance to be lost. You should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel compensation.
