Hi,

Please, could someone help me check where my package is right now? My tracking number is CP369145714CN. The latest update was on Sep 10 in Shanghai and after that, no news. Please help!

parcel number starting with CP is sea/air combined parcel. If weight is over 2kgs, it will go through sea and might take half year to reach USA. You can not see new update until parcel passes US customs.

Thanks for explaining. But the package is super light and when they mailed it in China, they said it probably took two weeks. So I don't understand why now you are telling me it's taking half a year. Is it possible to doubt check the shipping? I am really worried. Thank you so much.
