UT166399229CN has no shipping record in china post database.

This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you have paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/Amazon, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON immediately against fraud and claim refund.
