i ordered something from Aliexpress on 5/18/2016 with the promise of 2 day process and delivery. It is now 5/29/2016. The only tracking number i've recieved is this one

1z864a30d963063732

they do not respond to my emails or any such actions. Is my order on the way or not? Do i need to take some legal actions or what. All i want to know is where is my product.

1. You can track this number here at the UPS site:
http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/track

So far it is only: Label Created On: 05/19/2016

2. No parcel was mail at all, you might want to open a dispute to get your money back.

Hello everyone! I would like to help.

I ordered a product in Aliexpress, and it was posted on 04/21/16. It turns out that, normally, orders from China come to my country with 10 days, and today (29.05.16) the product does not even come to my country.
Does anyone know what might have happened?

The tracking number is: RS022000974CN

Please, somebody help me!

http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows max time to Brazil is 51 days. your parcel is still in normal time frame. no need worry at this moment.
