Dear I ordered an item but can not track it through China post! Didnt arrive and the date of arrival have passed. Tracking number is RK574387634CN.

the parcels shipped in early Jan are suffering serious delay caused by Chinese New Year holiday. Many of them are still lying in warehouse waiting for processing. you might need wait 2 or 3 more weeks. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection.
