on 16/01 i order a jecket on dhgate and they send me this tracking code: LX110201614CN, on the email they tell me that i wait 3-5 days to recive my order and nothing.

this is the status of the order:

the parcel was just shipped 4 days ago. It is still waiting airline space to Lisbon. Your seller's words "3 to 5 day receive" is obviously misleading. Normally parcel will wait at least 10 to 15 days to catch flight to Europe.
