Receive item from customer(otb) means parcel was just shipped by shipper. shipping to india might take about 4 to 8 weeks.

@sabareesh - Tracking ID RI573160656CN's last status update is on 13th August 2015 (that is of leaving Beijing). This being rush season in China, time taken for a package to reach India might get delayed further (usually 2 to 4 weeks is the time for a package to reach India but in peak season it can go even up to 8 weeks). Once the package has its status shown as leaving China it status goes to freeze mode (no one can tell where the package might be) till it reaches the destination country where the local officials has to update in their system about the package's status. To be on the safer side, ask your seller to extend the buyer protection by at least 2 more weeks if not more.

Two of my shipment cannot be tracked. They have been shipped on 16/7/16 and 27/7/16 respectively, can anyone help me locate my package. The tracking number are 03345722355 and MS08117834XSG

1. For parcel 03345722355, this parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus and can only be track in China and not in your country India.

2. After the parcel arrive in India and check by Customs Officer it will be given to India Post and the parcel will be deliver just like a letter. Your parcel has been on the road for 60 days.

3. May I suggest you contact the seller as soon as possible and tell him you have not received your parcel. Try to have some sort of an arrangement with him.

4. For parcel MS08117834XSG, it's from Singapore Post, the last 2 tracking I could find are those:

6. Also for this parcel, may I suggest you contact the seller as soon as possible and tell him you have not received your parcel. Try to have some sort of an arrangement with him.
