Post What is the reason for this?

There are 2 orders of mine. My parcels haven't been updated for last 3-4 days. Finally today one parcel has been updated. But the problem is that isn't the parcel which completed "Export customs clearance" first. 1st parcel completed export customs clearance on 20th & 2nd one did on 21st. But the 2nd one is the parcel which is shipped first. Is this a normal thing or is something wrong? :( :( I'm worried & hope someone will help

1. Maybe the mail bag with your parcel inside was deliver first and the other parcel was in a different mail bag and was deliver after. That is the only explanation I can think of.

2. Which mail bag did reach the Security and Customs check first! Another possibility there.

3. On 17 track when we see this:
2016-08-20 15:24
Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly

Normally It means the parcel is On route to your country Sri Lanka

4. It is just like the other parcel:
2016-08-24 22:15:02.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

Your parcel is On route to your country Sri Lanka.

1. Maybe the mail bag with your parcel inside had some difficulty passing the security check. They had to open the bag to scan all parcels inside again. This does not mean it's your parcel that was in fault.

2. Or it could be an entirely different reason for your parcel to be scan 2 times.

I think there is a problem. I have ordered two things after this parcel & both of those parcels shows status as "leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport". But this first parcel I'm talking about is still shows as "Export customs clearance complete". Parcels that have been shipped after this parcel are even left the airport but this one is still there.What's the matter

1. Then what you need to do is contact seller and tell him you are worry about the parcel with tracking number RS081921510CN. Have him call China Post Hot Line: 11185 to make sure that there is no problem with the parcel and that the parcel has departed China for Sri Lanka.
