I was tracking my order and it said receive item at office of exchange when will it be delivered?
My tracking number is RT337081646HK

1. The parcel is in your country Jordan according to this tracking:

Receive item at office of exchange (Inb), Office Of Exchange

2. It has to go through Customs Office of your country.

3. May I suggest you call Jordan Post Office: +(962)-6-4293000 to find out when you parcel can be delivered.

Hello.

This is the complete tracking details i can see from 17track web site. Tracking no is RS873804924NL

At last this says delivery not successful. May i know the reason as the delivery address according to the aliexpress site is correct.

Your need contact your local U.A.E Post office in Dubai and pickup the parcel. Your parcel is in U.A.E post office.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Urumuqi on Mar 2. It should have customs or delivery problem otherwise it should be delivered in 2 to 3 days.

What is the item inside?
