What's going on with this parcel RS595475294CN?

It looks like it was returned by destination country customs and now it is ready to be shipped again?
Is there a reason for returning this item?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Karachi on May 13. I don't see any return information. You may contact your local Pakistan Post office for delivery detail.
