EF010359420UA arrived Shenzhen on Feb 15, but failed delivery. The failure reason is that the receiver's name and address is wrong. You can ask receiver contact delivery worker by phone number 15012685349 asap, otherwise the parcel will be returned to Ukraine soon.

I am the receiver, can it be delivered to any post in Shenzhen and I will receive it from there?

I will call tomorrow to delivery worker tomorrow in the morning, tried calling today around- no answer. Could you please confirm it is still in China.?

The last location of your parcel was in China Post branch in
华强北中心
address：广东省深圳市福田区园岭一街1号 Phone：22275206

You should go to above branch and see if you can pickup the parcel. Do it asap otherwise it will be returned to Ukraine.

None can hold the parcel for you. We just volunteers to get information for China Post users. You have to go to that office asap before the parcel is returned(maybe it has already been returned).
