Need clarification on what the following tracking status really means:

It says "On route"; at the same time, it also says "Item returned from Customs (import) MNL CMEC AIR.

Are they banned items?

PHILIPPINES Post website shows RV955563589CN passed Philippines customs on Jul 16. It is on the way to destination post office.

Remember, Philippines Post does not make delivery, you need call Philippines Post to pickup your parcel after Philippines Post website shows arrival information.
