http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was delivered in UK. If you have not got the parcel, please contact your local Royal Mail for detail.

hello,
i have a parcel coming from CHINA going to uk. the parcel was held by customs ,
how do i pay or clear customs fees into uk online and how much is the charges

@mwina customs will inspect your parcel, and you will be able to pay custom fees at the delivery man or receive a bill after delivery, please provide a tracking number or contact royalmail at twitter or phone about your concern
