1. Normally seller are force to ship goods as soon as possible by the site where they do business. Sometimes the seller has the good in stock and is very fast to deliver to the China Post. Other times, they need to have the item deliver to them or go to the warehouse to pick it up and then sending to China Post.

2. When a seller give you a tracking number it does not necessarily means that the parcel is in the hands of China Post.

1. Technically yes and no, but most of the time it take a while for China Post to put into their system a tracking number. It's not like in Europe or North America the China Post system, plus the fact that they export a lot of parcels to the rest of the World.

2. If the 10 days is there from Ali Express is to make sure that the parcel has reach China Post and registered into the China Post system before you can open a dispute. Otherwise after a few days not being able to track a parcel everybody would open a dispute with the seller.

Hello again. The number still does not appear, tomorrow (01:xx AM UTC) will arive to the 10 first days. I asked the seller a proof of the shipment, but they didn't any mention of it, neither"I will show you" nor "I don't have it". I suppose, that when a parcel is left to a post with tracking,they got a paper as a proof, at least here in spain so happens, also to China Post or not? thank you

on saturday I opened the dispute, i attatched a screenshot as I asked a proof of the shipment, the seller always asnwering "I shipped, you will get it soon, etc) and today

seller agreed full refund 76 hours after, so, I'm sure they didn't ship it. Why do they do this? it's worse for them.......thank you
