Haven’t been able to get any information on my package that I’ve ordered a month. Keep telling me the status update is not found. Does this mean the shipper didn’t send anything?? The tracking # is LY758436632CN. Someone please help me with any information on this type of incident.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY758436632CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

@Usdrive59 the tracking should have been updated.
and you said its been over a month? you need to open dispute and get your money back.
they gave you an inactive china post number
