Hello

Why has my tracking status for code: LZ519365032CN been stuck at "Received by Post Office" Location "101312" for two weeks now (since 02/07/2018)

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ572321476CN shows the parcel stuck in first post office since Jul 2. It should be waiting airline space to UK. I suggest you wait 2 more weeks. If you can not get it by end of July, open dispute for lost parcel.
