Hi,

I recently made an order of a coffee mug on Ebay that shipped on December 4th and I haven't received any other tracking updates since it was "Processed through Facility" at Suzhou EMS. I realize this is probably normal but I was just wondering when I should be expecting the next tracking update or when it should arrive in the US. Thanks so much!

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china for JFK airport on Dec 6. Now JFK airport is very busy, import customs clearance might need 3 to 5 weeks, I wish you can get it by Xmas holiday.
