Can you please find out where my parcel is as it was last updated on 13 November 2017 with a message "sent to airline". Can you please give me an update as this is almost 4 weeks since the last update..

Hello.
The tracking shows that it was been shipped out from China and it's on way to you. The shipping takes 20-40 days. You need wait patiently for next status.

Is it 20-40 working days or just normal calender days? What happens if after 40 days there is still no update?
