Post Track amazon order through china post

I ordered a package from amazon uk unknown of the fact that it was from china. Only when i got the track number it said delivered by china post. Can someone hep me track this as no info could be found. Tracking number : LZ987698077CN. Ordered on 15-05-2018

http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php shows the number LZ987698077CN has no record. your seller did not ship you anything.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not track real shipment info in next 3 days, you will open dispute to amazon against fraud shipment.

The amazon tracking page says it was dispatched on 16th may 2018. Why would amazon page say that when it’s not even dispatched as you say ? Are you sure this is a legit tracking number or does it mean anything else. Because it’s way too confusing now. Order is worth 156 gbp and I’m worried now

your order is fulfilled by seller not amazon. so the tracking page info "it was dispatched " is actually provided by seller which can be misleading.

Thanks for the help. I have now raised a dispute with amazon and applied for a refund on the whole amount saying that the whole thing is bogus.
