Hello,

Could somebody help me with my parcel RS285559368CN. Help me locate the parcel and when is it likely to arrive in Bulgaria. From more than 10 day status is not updated. I am using several tracking web site (17track, trackitonline.ru, etc.) some of them are showing different statuses, which confuse me additionally.
This parcel was supposed to come from 3 to 7 working days by the seller, which obviously is a lie and he is a cheater. I only want to know shall I got it ever.
I got impression that the item is sent to Bulgaria but then it was return to Guangzhou Terminal, is it like this?
If something is missing as information how can I provide it?

I highly appreciate your help and time spend.

2. China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for your country can be found here:

3. If by 08 Dec you have not receive your parcel, then just open a dispute. To me your parcel is fine, you just need to continue to track it on the Bulgarian Post Site and other sites for any new movement.

Dear Sir,

I did not received my parcel still RS285559368CN. It was sent on 1st of November 2016.
Can you guide me how I can create a dispute? What will follow after I submit a dispute, is there any chance to receive the items or I should consider it as lost?

1. May I suggest you contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel, and try to have an arrangement with him.

I have contacted the seller and after one week he replied he will not refund me and the parcel is sent to the address I have provided. Unfortunately it became obvious that the seller is untrustworthy and unreliable seller.
How I can submit a dispute to China Post? What can be done to receive the parcel? is it finally lost? I there a way to check to which address the items are sent?

if you purchased from marketplace such as ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you can open dispute to market place and claim refund
