I am wondering when my package will be delivered, it’s veen in Guangzhou Customs for 10 days. Do I need to do paper work or will it be delivered soon?

The tracking number is :
RS041724255DE

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RS041724255DE shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou on Oct 29 but no further update. Normally this means the parcel has delivery problem.

You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Ask your receiver call China Post hotline 11185. this phone number only talk in Chinese, not English.
