Hello, I would like more information on Tracking# LK393781968CN

Package had been shipped on Nov. 12, it's already been a month and it still says 'Departure export customs SUZHOU EMS' since the 14th of Nov. There had been no information ever since.
I just want to know if my package had been lost or what?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china for Chicago on Nov 14. Now Chicago customs is very busy, parcel often takes 2 to 4 weeks to make customs clearance. If you can not get it by Dec 20, open dispute to ebay for non-arrival parcel.

Inbound e-packets from China to the USA can be tracked on the USPS site too: http://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=LK393781968CN

Your item was just processed through the USPS International Service Center in New York on Dec 13th. They're saying to expect delivery by Dec 19th.
