Hello,
I'm Stefano, i bought an items on 12 April, but the last update from china-post was on 15 April.
May you help me please?
The tracking number is: RL192832800CN
I'm pretty worried becouse, the same day i ordered another item, sent with the same shipment method, and is already in the destination country.

1. After tracking your parcel on 3 different sites, this is what I get:
15.04.2016 12:35 Flight depart Fuzhou Center 35000071

2. I suspect your parcel arrive in Italy and it's at the Italy Customs getting clear or has been given to Italy Post to be delivered.

3. You could call Italy Post to find out about your parcel:
Destination Country - Italy Post: 39 803 160

4. You could also track you parcel for another week to see if more activities will occur. Estimate Arrival Time for Italy is 3 to 4 weeks.

I've called the Italy Post, and they told me that the package was wrongly sent to Mexico.
They told me that i can only wait.

I'm so disappointed.

Do you mean the Italian Post sent your parcel to Mexico?

No, the italian post's operator told me that the Chinese dispatcher has wrongly sent the package to Mexico instead of Italy.
He said probably because the flags are similar.
It's unbelievable I know, but this is what he told me.

2. May I suggest you at the 4 weeks time frame, contact seller tell him the unbelievable story about the Italian Post Operator to China Post referring to flag to send parcel. And ask him very politely if he would call China Post to find out if the parcel was really mailed/send to Mexico instead of Italy.

Every global tracking site show that the parcel is going to Italy.
Today I have called once again the Italian Post and now they say to me that the parcel was arrived in Italy on 25 April, but for some reason the parcel is not arriving on Italy dispatch.
The operator said that it's weird, it's like if the parcel had remained on the platform of "I don't remember what".
Another parcel sent to me about same day, from the China, is already in delivering.

Is it possible that parcel was lost?
If is true that the parcel is in Italy, why didn't arrive to the Italian Post dispatch?

Sorry for my bad English, and really thanks for supporting.

1. Maybe he meant arrival Inbound Warehouse.

2. Either way it has to go through Italian Customs Office then back to the Italian Post for delivery.

3. Just call Italian Post again in a couple of (2 or3) days to see what is happening with your parcel.
