There's a problem with my order, LM456395000CN

The status said they tried to deliver it but I didn't have any notification,
my building works with a special key and is the only way to enter, it doesn't have any phone to communicate with the floors. Here's my Chinese number (+852 6971 3570) so you can call me before the delivery, and I'll open the door for you,

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? I don't know what to do... I saw that you already other messages the same date that I wrote you, so please if there's something that i can do to get my package I'll appreciate it.

Hong Kong Post website shows LM456395000CN is Pending collection at Causeway Bay Post Office .

you need go to above mentioned post office to pickup your parcel asap.
