the shipment arrived China on Nov 2nd and no process until now, how can I get further shipping information in Local China?

did you call china post hot line 11183? If 11183 can not find the parcel, it should be lost.

I called 11183 but they didn't receive notification for this shipment, maybe pending in customs, how can I check what's the status in customs? I called DHL Chinese office, they can't find this tracking No in system... what should I do next?
