Hi,

This package was mailed out to me on MARCH 26, 2016. It is not MAY 04, 2016. I have contacted China Post numerous times, I have posted on this forum regarding the package and I have been to my local Post Office enough times that they are now familiar with my face.

Today I have been informed that I must now pay 300RMB if I want my package. That is almost half the value of the items themselves and I have been given no information regarding what this value is for and why. I find this absolutely ridiculous and I am outraged at the audacity of China Post.

No payment will be made and I demand information regarding this amount being demanded. No paperwork or documentation has been provided to me and thus I am led to believe that something fishy is going on!

I am beyond annoyed at China Post now and will be posting my experiences on all social media forums.

1. Unfortunately I can not answer those questions. Here is the reason for that.
a. I'm only here to try to help people in tracking their parcel (from my personal experience of receiving parcel from China Post),
b. try to give them explanation that I think is possible. Try to guide them to get the most available answer.
c. I'm Canadian and living in Canada and I don't speak Mandarin.

2. Maybe you could find a clerk at a Post Office near you that would be nice enough to explain to you what is going on with your Import charges.
