Hi,

I bought something in Aliexpress, the tracking number is RF296339195CN, and I can see is in my city already (Medellin, Colombia), but it says that is returning to origin (China), and I don't know why. Can you help me ?

1. You should call Colombia Post:
Destination Country - Colombia: (57-1) 4722000

As soon as possible because they are trying to deliver the parcel but can not:
2016-08-24 18:30,Registration of delivery not successful, UAC. CENTER

If you can not stop the parcel it will go back to the sender in China.

If Columbia Post can not help you saying that the parcel will be going back, then contact seller as soon as possible to have him call China Post to stop parcel from coming back to China.
