Hi,

So I was given the tacking number RG913122427CN after a purchase online. However, when I went to the post office 2 weeks ago to follow up on my order, they informed me the it was "delivered" to the "right person". They also showed me the name and address the package was for. Are you able to tell me the name and address this package was for, according to your records. I also contacted the support of the people I had purchased from, and they informed me (just today) that they had given me the right tracking number.

Help! :(

Papua New Guinea Post website shows the parcel was delivered(2017-08-23 09:49 PGPPOA, Final delivery, Delivered to: GENO LEWIS). If you are not the person who collected the parcel, you need contact your local post office for delivery detail.
