EV822192162CN This is my tracking number. My package keeps getting returned when will it ship to USA? I ordered it in October and paid extra for express shipping.

USPS.com shows Your item EV822192162CN departed our USPS facility in LOS ANGELES CA INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on November 3, 2018 at 5:01 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

Normally it should arrive your home in 2 to 3 days after arriving USA. You need call USPS for delivery schedule.
