Hello

could you help me with my package ,im trying to obtain status but the page never update always say the same and until 12-09-18 was delivery but still i not received nothing please help with status attached the tracking page information

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ767129241CN shows the parcel left china for Mexico on Sep 18. Normally it should arrive Mexico within 2 to 4 weeks.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Oct 23, open dispute for lost parcel.

Where did you buy your item ? in Ebay or Aliexpress ?
You have to open depute at the website you bought the item
