http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY799934402CN shows the parcel left china post warehouse on Oct 7. Next station will be USPS warehouse in JFK airport.

You can not see new status until the parcel passes US customs scan. This might take 10 to 20 days. Once USPS get the parcel from US customs, you will see something like ISC New York in USPS tracking page.
