Dear sirs,
I have a package that is processed from 25.09.2018.
It still has status : "waiting for pick up".
Tracking number is : RY316371784CN
Please tell me has my package left China?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY316371784CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.

Could You please check what is going on with my order No.: RY316371784CN.
As You said I tried to contact the Seller and pushed Him, but I did not get any answer.
Never had this situation, used to believe to people, but now ......

your seller is a cheater. You are scammed.

If you paid with PayPal, open dispute asap.
